At DELUXO, shipping fees are calculated and added to your order at the time of checkout. These charges are based on the destination country and the total weight of the items in your purchase.

Order Fulfillment

Orders are processed and dispatched within three business days after we confirm receipt of payment. We partner with leading logistics providers, such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, and S.F. Express, among other internationally recognized couriers, to handle deliveries. Our selection criteria for couriers rest on a balance between cost-efficiency and reliable service to ensure affordability and satisfaction for our customers.

Delivery Estimates and Tracking

Typically, deliveries are expected to arrive within 7-14 working days, excluding the dispatch day and any additional time needed for customs clearance. We provide customers with a tracking number via email once the order is shipped. This tracking number can also be found in the order history section of your DELUXO account, ensuring you can monitor your shipment’s progress. It is crucial to keep your email information up-to-date for these updates.

Required Contact Information

To facilitate seamless delivery and coordination with local courier services, we kindly request that you provide a valid phone number at the point of checkout. This contact detail is essential for the completion of transit documentation and ensures that the courier can reach you to arrange the delivery. Your availability to receive the package upon its arrival is appreciated. In the event that the package is not claimed within the designated period and is returned to our facility, please be advised that we will necessitate an additional shipping fee to organize the re-shipment of your order.

International Shipping

We proudly offer international shipping services to most countries.

Unreceived Tracking Numbers

If you do not receive a tracking number within a few days following order dispatch, please remain patient. The package may take approximately 7-10 days to move from our logistics center to your country. Tracking updates will commence once the package has arrived in the destination country and has been taken into the care of a courier service.

Returns and Refunds

DELUXO accepts returns as long as the items are in a condition that does not impede their resale. Please note that all of our products are shipped from Hong Kong, and consequently, returns will need to be sent to our Hong Kong address.

Insurance

Please be aware that DELUXO ships all orders without insurance. Consequently, the risk of shipment loss is borne by the customer. If you wish to insure your order during transit, please contact us directly to arrange for this additional service.
